You can add a special little gift to a card like this by making a broach with beads and a hat pin.

Add just a dot of hot glue below the last spacer to hold the beads in place. Stick the end through the ribbon on the front of the card. Add a note to let the receiver know that she can wear this as a pin.

I makes a nice add on to the card plus it gives the person a small gift to treasure.
