Red, White & Blue All Stars

In the USA, a red, white & blue card can be used for many occassions. This is a little late for the 4th of July but there are many more holidays that it would be approiate for. Or just use it for an everyday card.

Materials needed:
Be the Star stamp set (#135734)
Stars Framelits Dies (#133723)
Brilliant Blue card stock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"
Real Red card stock 3 3/4 x 4 3/4"
White card stock
Pacific Point ink pad
Modern Label punch
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Big Shot machine
Red mini brads
Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430)

One thing that I have noticed with my embossing folders is that the Cuttlebug folders don't quite fill up the A2 size cards. This one is cut a bit smaller so you can't tell but they often leave a bit of room on the sides. The Stampin' Up embossing folders do a better job of filling up the space.

This is another card to my grandson in Marine basic training. Got a letter from him this week. He's doing great but says that it's harder than he ever imagined.
